Terms of Service
These terms cover use of the public TAHAI Web Services website and linked company routes. They are intended to keep public website use, product status, and buyer-review expectations clear.
Last updated: August 4, 2026. Product subscriptions, enterprise procurement, regulated-sector use, or custom work may require additional written agreements. If a signed agreement conflicts with these public terms, the signed agreement controls.
Use of the public website
You may use the public website to learn about TAHAI Web Services, TAHAI IT Docs, TAHAI PSA product information, trust materials, support routes, and related technical surfaces.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or linked routes to attack systems, scrape abusively, probe accounts you do not own, submit malicious content, impersonate others, interfere with availability, or attempt unauthorized access to any service, account, or data.
Product surfaces and subscriptions
Operational Intelligence, TAHAI PSA, and TAHAI IT Docs are separate live product surfaces. Product portal access, billing, user roles, support, subscriptions, and account administration may be governed by additional product terms, account settings, subscribed plans, invoices, or written agreements.
Client View boundaries
Core IT Docs includes a read-only Client View allowance for approved client-facing material. Client View users cannot perform internal operational work and cannot replace Owner or Staff billable seats. Any user doing internal operational work must be Owner or Staff and must consume a billable internal seat.
Development and roadmap status
TAHAI PSA is live as a separate service-operations product. Product access, billing, roles, features, and account administration may be governed by the PSA application, subscribed plan, invoice, or written agreement.
Public information and no professional advice
Website content is provided for general company, product, and buyer-review information. It is not legal, financial, security, compliance, or professional advice for your organization.
Third-party and linked surfaces
The website may link to product portals, knowledge-base pages, social profiles, technical routes, or other external surfaces. Those surfaces may have separate terms, availability, security posture, and privacy practices.
Availability and changes
The public website, linked routes, product information, prices, features, development status, and roadmap descriptions may change. No public roadmap or active-development statement creates a commitment to deliver a feature, timeline, platform, or release unless stated in a signed agreement. The native Chromium Browser is not available until its release gates and evidence are complete.
Intellectual property
TAHAI Web Services names, logos, site design, copy, product names, and related materials are owned by their respective owners and may not be reused in a misleading way or in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
Disclaimers
The public website is provided on an informational basis and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Buyers should rely on current product pages, written quotes, invoices, and executed agreements for binding commercial terms.
